Maintenance

We will make sure everything works, that it is clean, and smells good prior to move in.

You would submit a work order request through the resident portal

In a professional and timely manner.

If you get locked out during business hours, we can open the apartment for you, after hours, you would need to call a locksmith.

Apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was when you received it, to avoid a penalty.

Admin

You are more than welcome to walk in, or you can also make an appointment

Management is available Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30, and Saturday 10 - 4

You would log in to your resident portal, and pay through there

Water, pest control, and trash

You would call an electric company to set up your electricity.

Yes, you would receive a $200 concession, after they pay their 1st full month's rent

Guest can stay for a week or less, the resident is responsible for their guest conduct.

You will be charged 2 month's rent for not giving a notice, a reletting fee, and you are legally responsible for every month left on the lease, until the apartment leases
